One of the problems today is people tend to confuse drag racing with street racing, and they are not the same thing at all. People need to remember not to do this and confuse the two. Drag racing is an organized sport, street car racing is actually illegal. But, I don’t think the competition will ever be stopped.
The most notable difference between them both is that drag racing is organized at a specific event by professionals. Getting involved in street car racing can lead to you getting yourself in trouble. Drag racing is a much safer way
to get that rush when racing cars.
Take a good look at what the differences between the two are, and try and be a responsible human being; keep your racing at an organized event. Racing on public roads is way more dangerous, and you have more chances of seriously not just damaging yourself but also your vehicle.
In simple terms, drag racing is a controlled event organized by people who know what they are doing, and street car racing isn’t held with all the safety and legal requirements. Take time when you consider which is for you.
